1-Program Planning
Defining the course goals, age groups, learning levels, session structure, and the skills students will develop. The program will primarily offer personalized one-on-one sessions, with small-group classes of up to four students when appropriate.
2-Curriculum Development
Building the learning pathway using official Microsoft Minecraft Education curriculum content, teaching resources, and instructional guidelines. Lessons will include creative building, problem-solving, block-based coding, Python, artificial intelligence activities, and other educational Minecraft challenges.
3-Instructor Selection & Training
Selecting instructors who understand Minecraft Education, enjoy working with children, and can teach coding and problem-solving clearly. Instructors will be trained to deliver personalized lessons, follow Ulamaify teaching standards, and adapt activities to each student’s age, experience, and learning pace.
4-Platform & Classroom Setup
Preparing Minecraft Education accounts, learning worlds, lesson resources, class schedules, progress-tracking systems, and parent communication. Each student experience will be tested to ensure sessions are organized, engaging, and easy to access.
05 -Tournament Development
Designing frequent Minecraft Education tournaments that encourage creativity, coding, teamwork, strategy, and responsible competition. Students will have opportunities to prepare for challenges, present their work, solve problems under time limits, and celebrate their progress with the wider Ulamaify community.
6-Program Launch
Opening enrollment for the Ulamaify Minecraft Education Course and matching students with suitable instructors, schedules, and learning levels. Students will begin personalized sessions, work through structured Microsoft-aligned learning pathways, and participate in regular projects and tournaments.
